Bring back the 90s
Can I ask you how many months to grow your hair? For curtains
Have the top front grow around your cheek bones. I always tell my clients to still come in to get a haircut about a month or little longer. That way you don’t get frustrated with the grow out look and keep style. But if you go all in grow it to at least cheek bone or a little longer then that.
Thanks, good job. How much should a cut like this cost? Any idea how to find someone who knows how to do this? Went to a salon and they weren't confident they could do it
Every state and city can range for price points. Just depends on how much you want to pay and look into your research who is going to cut your hair. I would try looking into barbershops as well. Also these days clients are traveling to see a certain barber/stylist to get the right haircut/colors they want. Just depends again how much you do your research on a barber or stylist. I hope you are able to find someone.

My son hair is wavy can you give suggest some thing for him?
It’s hard to know because I can’t see his hair. But best thing to do is look for inspiration photos share with the person who cuts his hair. Also tell the person who is cutting your son’s hair how much time he is willing to style it and if he is willing to use products or not so that the haircut can match his lifestyle.

How long does the hair need to be for a curtains middle part (minimum length) Top front hair : how much inches? Top back hair: (same) Sides and back: (same)
Enough where it can lay down. It depends on the client what version they want. Short or long. But when you do a shorter one be careful to not go to short. It just depends on hair texture too.
@LadyVonBarber I'm want a short middle part like the Leonardo dicaprios 90s one, but im confused with the correct hair length, like does the top back hair needs to be shorter than the top front hair? Also do I need some layering? These types of questions I'm looking for answers
It all comes down to head shape and face. Best you can do show the photo to a hair person who you are getting it cut from explain what you like about the photo. Then it’s up to your barber to do it. Always give a barber 3 try’s because sometimes it takes time for the haircut to form properly.

Dang! My barber says he doesn't do layers but maybe that's not his specialty. I need to go to YOU for haircuts 'cause this is fire! The curtains hairstyle was popular when I was growing up in the 90s/2000s but you used to see more length in the back like down to the shoulders pretty much. I like that look but when it gets hot in the summer, it gets hot. This is like the perfect middle ground. Keep doing what you're doing!

Are the lengths for the top, bottom/sides, and back of the hair different? It's all blended in with layering and different lengths? Nice vid btw ❤
I believe the length on the back should be the same like the front length of the curtains,or else would like a bobcut. Keep the length a little bit longer,just to be sure.

Hmm, I'm starting to understand I like something between this cut and Leonardo DiCaprio's hairstyle. What I mean, I really like it until 9:30 on the sides and especially how the back sits. I like the textures added on the sides on the final cut but it took a bit much of the length for me. I like that longer hair look. I know the actual length difference is small but it matters on how the hair sits. Those 1-2 inches lost in the texture/layering are visible. I also like how the texture was done and looks on the back but not like the final haircut because it give that bob haircut look on the back and I don't like that. I really like the back on 9:30 although I understand if it still needs some adjustments for that Leonardo's look. I like think 12:45 looks good on the back too but then she starts doing the same on the sides to connect it which is not necessarily in my opinion and that ruins it for me. I don't know if I'll find someone to get the haircut I have in mind. Basically I like the length on DiCaprio's 90' style but I like this modern texturing and layering too.
You put a lot of thought into this. This haircut isn’t intended to be the “Leonardo haircut”, I know what you are saying but this gives a client more growth time and saves them more money with a curtain bang haircut. So it really depends on what the client wants not what someone on the internet. If someone who was sitting in my chair wanted everything that you said I would of given that look and I would of cut it differently for a Leonardo haircut and named the haircut video how to get Leonardo 90’s haircut. That’s a great haircut. Maybe I will do it at some point.

I want to ask this to my barber soon. So is a middle part curtain all connected and blended in or is there some kind of undercut?
It can be styled both ways blended or a little bit of a undercut on the sides the back would need to be blended or else it might look more like a bowl cut. It really depends on the barber and what kind of education they have on these types of haircuts. I hope it turns out the way you want it. I would just find one photo that has a similar hair texture as yours that has the style you want. ☺️
